Exporting Explained including Customs Procedures, Documents, Tariff Codes and Incoterms 2020

This course has been designed to address the issues many companies in the UK have about trading after BREXIT. More importantly, to explain what the new procedures will be, especially for UK companies trading to and from the EU.

The course will focus on the first phase of the export, which is getting products out of the UK and then the second phase, which are the requirements of the importing country.

The course will also explain why documents are required, what content is needed, how to comply with export procedures, plus the importance of understanding the costs of the complete export process.

This course is suitable for new exporters or people requiring an update on current procedures. During the course, delegates will be given the opportunity to raise questions about their own products or industry. Plus, there will be plenty of case studies to explain course content.

Grants for Training

As the course being offered is customs related then you can apply for a grant to cover the course fee.

All you need to do is outline on your application how the course will benefit you and how the company meets the eligibility criteria of being an importer/exporter or a customs intermediary.

Please note we can run this course as an in-house options if required at your premises, which can also be covered by the grant scheme as explained below. If this option is of interest, please e mail for a quote at the address below.

*The grant will give you up to 100% of the actual costs of externally provided training for your employees, up to a limit of £1,500 for each employee on the course. It will also cover the cost of training you run internally, up to a limit of £250 for each employee on the course.
